-What would it have been like if Titanic had missed the infamous iceberg that caused the most well known sinking ship of all time? In this update you get to find out!
Crew Members and Captains of Roblox Titanic must work together to make sure a sequence of timed events take place in a certain order. These events if done within time will allow players to transfer to a new server specifically for those who were aboard the saved ship. Titanic will continue to sail in a quick sequence and then dock in New York City at pier 59.
Skip this paragraph if you do not want spoilers: There are 5 events the Crew and Captains need to do. A player who owns crew or captain needs to do the first 4. Then anyone can complete the last one. For the following list player means an eligible player, as in has crew or captain. 1) A player needs to ring the crow’s nest bell 3 times. 2) A player needs to answer the randomly chosen phone. 3) a player needs to turn the steering wheel the correct way. 4) A player needs to operate the randomly chosen telegraph. 5) A player needs to close all of the dampers of a randomly chosen boiler. If all of these are done within the timer, then wait until the iceberg passes to get a prompt to teleport to the Saved Ship Sailing Sequence.
Disclaimers: We mean no disrespect to the crew members who tried their absolute best, and the timer in game is for gameplay reasons, it is not entirely provable whether or not it would be historically accurate that they could’ve possibly seen the iceberg in time due to Fata Morgana (mirage), and avoided the collision. Other ideas, such as hearing about iceberg warnings and changing course, would’ve been not the best for gameplay, and bringing bionculars to the lookouts wouldn’t have helped due to the mirage, among how absolutely dark it was with a moonless night in the North Atlantic. Do not worry about added lag, the New York city model is placed in a separate Roblox game server than the main server, and therefore has no effect on the current game’s lag. Do not worry if you want to see the ship sink and don’t care to see it saved, stay in the main server by exiting out the prompt that appears in the event you are in a saved server. The game will give you another iceberg, but this time, it will be 5 seconds harder for anyone to save. Every time the ship is saved it gets 5 seconds harder, and each time it’s not it gets 5 seconds easier, within the pre programmed bounds.
