"Security Notification" -- Email doesn't work, and phone number verification won't send. (not hacked)

This is a support category for asking questions about how to get something done on the Roblox websites or how to do something on Roblox applications such as Roblox Studio.

I want to log back into my alternative account with all of my games on it.
Account name: “Robloxco0lgame”

When I try to put in the email attached to my account, the one I want does not show up.

I also have a phone number attached to my account, but when I enter it, I never get the verification message. I have an active passkey on the account and proof that I own it. I have no idea what is going on, and I’ve had this issue for about 2-3 days now.

I’ve tried:

Resetting my password with my email/phone number (doesn’t work)

Contacting Roblox support (“couldn’t verify that you own this account”)

I really don’t know what to do. I’ve tried absolutely everything there is to do. Help.

Same this happened to my friend a few months ago. No emails. He got logged out and could never log in again. Had to create an alt.

Support on this platform is as useless as it is. My suggestion is to reach out to moderators for such cases.
Best bet is to try to somehow reach out personally to moderators and administrators of this platform through connections. It’s the only way I can think of as support will just ignore you and complex requests can be handled by people with access. Thing why they don’t do it is time.
Maybe it will eventually go through and log you in, hopefully. It didn’t for my guy, had to start all over again.

Alright, I’m going to call roblox so I can get an actual human on the line. If they don’t help me then, I don’t know if it is possible to regain my roblox account.
