As a developer, having CTR is only a vague way of knowing if your ad is successful. A big part that is missing from the ad statistics is a percentage of users which proceed to interact with the destination of your ad after clicking on it.
Some examples of this being implemented would be : Visits to Clicks - Percentage of users who click ‘Play’ on your game after clicking an ad for it. (Only displayed on game ads) Joins to Clicks - Percentage of users who click ‘Join’ on your group after clicking an ad for it. (Only displayed on group ads) Sales to Clicks - Percentage of users who purchase an item after clicking on an ad for it. (Only displayed on ads for shirts, pants, UGC hats, and other ads that lead directly to a sale)
Having these 3 stats on displayed on the user ads page (for the relevant item being advertised) would be a great help for determining which ads don’t just get the most clicks, but also bring in the most user interaction afterwards.
