When attempting to join, 2 of our programmers will be stuck on a frozen screen for 5-10 minutes. I am able to load fine.
The UserIDs (that uploaded crash reports) are:

Expected Behavior
It should load instantly as it does for everyone else.
Actual Behavior
Nothing loads for 5-10 minutes and they are stuck viewing this, with no terrain loaded:

No, they have to wait 5-10 minutes to access the place

Have you checked all of their plugins? This happened to me once, then I realized it was a plugin that runs a lot of code for every object when the place opens.

it shows a prompt saying you lost connection then when i open it in a local place it just still crashes lol

so in case when it hangs for 5-10 mins does it:
crash in the end by itself and you need to restart Studio?
you see crash messages in the log but Studio doesn’t crash and you can enter the place eventually?

it just hangs there for about 10 min or so then crashes then prompts
you have been disconnected would you like to open a local place or reconnect

It is important you identify the correct log files! Make sure you are sorting by last modified or finding the most recent logs by timestamp.
Roblox / Studio successfully opens
Windows Go to %localappdata%/Roblox/logs.
Sort the directory you opened by Last Modified.
Take the latest log_xxxxx_x.txt fil…

Reproduction Steps
My studio continually crashes when trying to edit: https://www.roblox.com/games/2309740430/Dev-The-Wild-West regardless if launching from website or from in-app. This bug is only happening to me, not any of my other co-workers. This bug is preventing me from working entirely, as I need access to my game’s team create in order to create new features and deploy them.
I can join any other team create fine, just not the one for my team.
