Studio viewfinder (?) is not docking correctly in studio, instead being a sepreate window

Reproduction Steps I saw this post I can no longer undock the viewport in Studio - #20 by Scottifly where people complain about when using multiple monitors and they just want to drag the Viewport off to their other monitor.
