This is a very ambitious project, I know. But I’m really interested in making a classic video game. Is there anything that you guys wanna say? Also, I got inspiration from Fab_TheRat’s Post.

Personally, I used to LOVE this super Mario obby. Guy made it all from scratch. Then… copywrited. Make it something other than Mario, for say the guy I am talking about… his was down for three years before he completely changed it, revamped, and renamed it super plumber obby. (Along the lines of that name)

I understand that you’re ambitious, however, you should try to create new elements in your game. It will make it unique and stand out from the others.

It’s a good starting point, but try to expand on it.

Please don’t use any of “Big N’s” assets, they are notorious for taking down games. I would hate to see another game built with blood, sweat, and tears be taken down because they had a certain red plumber in it.

I’m naming it “Super Bloxio!” I think it’s a good name.

I love super mario growing up I use to play that on my nintendo 2ds this would be a cool game idea but the problem is copyright if you make a mario game and the company sees it you can be sued, you don’t want your game to end up like pokemon brick bronze.

Learn to script. I’ve made many side runners in my time developing and can I say, they are very fun to create. You’ll need to make models, and scripts such as the camera manipulation for a side runner, just like the original Super Mario.
