This is my first time posting something on the forum, but when I set it to Realistic lighting, it looks like it’s on soft but with level 21 of graphics. I researched on the forum and some discovered a solution, which was to set it to Vulkan in Roblox Studio, but the problem is that my laptop is not compatible with Vulkan, which means I had to rule out that solution and had no other option but to post this error on the forum. I hope they fix the bug in the next update. My laptop is low-end, but before an update, I had Realistic activated, and suddenly it got deactivated. Before it got deactivated, I had Unified lighting activated and didn’t have any issues after that bug occurred overnight.
Hello,
Could you please add a placefile with steps to reproduce and expected results?
I’ve tested it in the latest Studio on Macbook and it works as expected.
Thank you!
Reproducing the bug is a bit tricky, as some make no or only minimal changes, and others automatically stop the realistic version from working.
The result should be the same as if the game were in soft mode, that is, if the game were not in realistic mode.
Just in case, my laptop is:
HP Laptop 15-BS0XX
Sorry for the delay, since I didn’t have good internet, it took a while to load.

Check your Graphics Mode
option in Studio Settings
> Rendering
I had already tried it with all the options except Vulkan and the error was not solved.
I’ve seen some people experience this error on low-end Windows 10 laptops, with graphics mode enabled on all computers except Vulkan.
I started getting the error when the Lighting service was able to copy.
