The purpose of this document is to act as a resource for members when they have questions, concerns, and to serve as a study guide when preparing for interviews/applications to become a staff member at Timeless. We encourage all of our group members to join our group discord, since it is our main source of communication between our members. We post announcements, magazines, newsletters, updates, lookbooks, and more on our group discord. Welcome to Timeless, we are a clothing and fashion based group that has achieved the status of being the largest group of its kind on ROBLOX. We have done this in an extremely competitive industry with tough competition, but we came out on top and are very proud. Here at Timeless we consider creativity a lifestyle, and we will try to make the environment as helpful and family-like as possible. We strive to boost our member’s ROBLOX careers, by offering enrichment for clothing design, GFX, building, and more. We accept all cooperative and respectful people here at Timeless, any age, gender, or orientation. Now that you know a bit about our story, why don’t you start your story with us?
Any violation of these rules will result in a warning, the warning system will be described below. If the violation is serious enough, our administrators reserve the right to execute a more serious consequence
1. All group members are required to follow official ROBLOX community rules when on ROBLOX premises.
2. All group members should treat others with respect. There should be no bullying, harassment, or arguing. This includes insulting someone’s race, ethnicity, gender, orientation, religion, and etc.
3. Any exploiting will result in a permanent ban in all of our games.
4. No advertising in any Timeless game or on the group wall. If you would like Timeless to sponsor you, please read alliance requirements.
5. Please think before you speak. Filter out what shouldn’t be said, or anything that may offend someone.
6. Drama should be kept to the minimum. If any drama occurs between members, they should take it to somewhere private.
7. Disagree agreeably. You may wish to respond to something by disagreeing with it, but your response should be constructive and you should not insult the person who brought up the topic.
9. Follow group discord rules when on discord.
10. Follow all Timeless and ROBLOX rules.
The 3 warning system is the official protocol Timeless follows when a group member violates any of our rules under normal circumstances. It is as follows,
1st Warning: In-game warning.
2nd Warning: Kick.
3rd Warning: Temporary ban or permanent ban.
Any staff member of Timeless is allowed to give out warnings anytime when they think its necessary. If you feel that your consequence was unreasonable, shoot me a message.

2. How do I get wins?
By winning one of our events or shows!
3. What is a seasonal showcase?
Every first week of a new season, we release a wave of creations developed by our creations team. They will be first released and showcased in our seasonal showcase runway accompanied with lots of fun!
4. I want to design, make GFX, build, or script for Timeless, where do I go?
If you want to become one of our creations team members, then please join our group discord and fill out our application.
5. How do I know when events and shows are?
Event and show times will be posted daily on our group shout in the Eastern timezone.
6. Why should I join the discord?
You are required to be in the discord in order to get ranked or become a staff member, and it’s our main source of communication. We post announcements, remind you when events are, magazines, newsletters, special big events, and more on our discord.
