In this document I’ll be covering the points scale that all staff should understand. You should already know that you have to get a certain amount of points per week in order to not get a warning. The amounts are different for each rank, and are specifically covered in the ranking guide. I’ll also be going more specifically over creations team expectations and upload protocols. There’re also additional expectations staff need to meet in order to avoid a demotion.

Creations Team
The creations team system is very different when compared to normal hosting staff. They do not have anything to do with the points scale, hence their activity is not calculated through points. Instead, they have to meet certain upload protocols and expectations in order to avoid getting a warning or demotion. Their activity is also counted monthly instead of weekly. When discussing the 3 warnings system of the CT, there is a slight difference. CT will not be demoted on their second warning. Instead they’ll be demoted back to their model rank on their third warning, similar to the normal staff warnings system.
GFX artists must make 3+ GFXs for the group monthly. Opportunities to make GFX for the group are posted on the gfx-announcements. They will receive 1-3 special orders for the seasonal showcase by a VP+ seasonally, they must be completed 2 days before the showcase in order to be paid and credited. Ex. Logos, Thumbnails, Icons, & etc.
Clothing designers must upload 4+ clothing to the group store monthly. They will receive 1-3 special orders for the seasonal showcase by the VP+ seasonally, they must be completed 2 days before the showcase.
Uploading Protocols
- Idea approval
Designers: You must tell us what you’re making 1st and give us a detailed description of what you’re making (if you have a picture upload that) before you start doing it in #idea-approval on discord! This is to ensure that we don’t get any “Walmart designs.”
GFX Artists: You must send us the render that you’re using and the background in #idea-approval on discord before you start making your GFX, you may also include a brief description of what your going to make! You may scribble over the render if you’re afraid that someone will take it without permission, but make sure it’s still visible.
- Product approval
We made 2 checkpoints because we don’t want you guys to completely start over (that would be a big hassle) if we think that your design/GFX wasn’t what we were aiming for, and etc.
Designers: Submit your final product for approval, if we approve then you may upload it to the group store!
GFX Artists: Submit your final product for approval, if we approve we’ll upload it the intended place for it, and we’ll add the appropriate amount to your monthly payment
- Monthly payment
Your creation will be rated on a 3 level scale including these levels: simple, standard, and complex.
Payment for these levels is as follows:
Simple: 50 robux
Standard: 75 robux
Complex: 100 robux
For designers, you’ll receive a 100 robux bonus if you reach 100 sales.
Payment for videos is varied. However, edited videos with non-copyrighted music will have larger payment than raw videos.
Video types can include: Speed GFX, speed designs, music videos, speed builds, and etc.
After you’re ready to send your video, send it in product approval for a VP to review and upload to YouTube. If the file is too large, you may send it over email.

Post-approval
After the approval of your creation, you’ll use the submission form by using the discord command. You’ll receive these commands after you’re hired. We’ll then use this submission to update our monthly payment tracker. -
Recruiting
If you manage to recruit a person that passes Timeless’ creations team applications, then you’ll receive an award.
