Around 2 Weeks ago we released a game called Boba Simulator
We sponsored the game for 30k+ robux and it hit a lot of visits. We reached 42.7k until we reached a major stop on our visits. We have been stuck at 42.7k Visits for 3 days and have no idea why. Since the day we released we are not able search up boba simulator on the roblox search engine.
Is this a rare case or is this as of known. Is there a certain amount of time we have to wait for us to receive results on search and visits?
We had 500 - 200 concurrent players for these 3 days that our visits where frozen.
I’m having the same issue here and due to Roblox as of lately hiding game pass sales from the public I am really hoping that this isn’t feature testing for game information (like visits and cc playing) to be hidden from the public.
This isn’t happening on every single game but there are quite a few which you notice it happening on, here’s a few other games affected using the site Rolimon’s. The creator of this website, @Rolimon, doesn’t believe that it is his site since it’s also happening to other analytic tracking websites like RTrack and RoMonitor.

It does appear that many of these games no longer have the issue and they all started suddenly being tracked again at Wednesday, August 26th at 12PM. Even though most of the reported games here are having their concurrent players paused instead of visits, my friend @Veerius and the person who wrote this had their concurrent unaffected but their visits were. At ~2PM both games had their visits paused, still not yet recovered.
Looks like [DIMENSION 6 👹] Anime Fighting Simulator - Roblox has had their visits frozen since 8:10PM on the 25th. I’ve also had a few other Web API’s that have started to return strange responses since the 25th around the same time too, though I’m unsure if this is related to this issue.

What really confuses me is that the correct visit amount is shown inside Developer Stats this stat shows that it has 886,782 visits and goes up everyday, but on the game’s page here: 🏆CLICKING LEGENDS🔥 - Roblox as well as on Rolimon’s it has been stuck at 544.1K visits for ~ 4 days. At first I thought it was a rounding issue, but a HIGHLY doubt it. The concurrent is still working though. I’m not sure if it’s calculated differently on Developer Stats or the Roblox API. So it’s most likely the API having a problem with this.
It’d be great if this is fixed because as the game is small now I think those extra 300,000 visits make a large difference.
I am as well am experiencing the same issue, I started wondering why my game visits weren’t incrementing at all for about a week or two, even with 200-600 concurrent players in my servers in my game The Island.
I checked my game game statistics with the blade data dashboard and it is evident that my place visits have frozen and come to a halt.
Having the same issue as well, my game is stuck at 97.0k even though we have had 50-100 avg players daily. Happening for more than 1 and a half weeks

Having the exact same issue with my game as well. My visits have been stuck for about a good 1-2 weeks now. It should be increasing 150K-200K a day.

I have also been experiencing this issue with my game being stuck 910K visits for the past two weeks now. I hope this is addressed as soon as possible as I usually have 30-50 concurrent players daily and I would like to see my first tracked 1M for this game.
At first I thought they treated Visits as a lagging indicator after it hits certain thresholds, but now our total visits have been stuck for over 5 days or so:
This has been going on for some time now, has roblox said anything about a fix? The game I mentioned released recently so the visits being stuck is making it only show half the count and I would really like to see the counter go up.
