(Sorry for the repost, I submitted the wrong forums)
This happens several days ago, but I’m experiencing the “Transaction Failed” error message, it stated “We are having a problem completing your purchase. Please try again in a few minutes.”
Although this issue isn’t critical, I was hoping to join a private server to play the game before switching to a public server later.
More recently, one of my friends tried adding me as a member of their private server, but they were unable to because it said, ‘This user is not eligible to be added to this private server.’ I’m sure this isn’t due to my settings, as nothing should be restricting my ability to join a server. While I haven’t double-checked, I haven’t changed anything in my settings.
Although nobody else seems to have this issue, I also have similar problem when trying to create my own Roblox private server. I attempted to create one through the Roblox app, but it failed. I then tried on a different device, and it failed there as well.
Is there any ways to fix this issue? Here is the screenshot down below:

Like I said I do not care one bit that its a copy of mine, unless if its exactly word for word image for image, the only thing i’m concerned about is if you get some type of warning or ban from “copying” me.
