You need the mobile authenticator for your phone. If you already have that I’d contact roblox support while you wait for the next verification wave.

I have no clue, I’ve seen some other posts say it usually happens on the 5th of each month. Hope we both get it! Got all the requirements

At the time of the verification wave, you need to meet all the requirements. If you met them once and then you don’t anymore then Roblox will not count you in. You require 1,000,000 play hours and the legitimate 10,000 Followers at the same time.

any idea why a group that meets the verification requirements wouldn’t get verified? a group i co-own has 1M+ members and has a game that maintains the 1,000,000 hr requirement. there’s been 2 verification waves since the group has met the hours threshold. the group holder has 2fa btw.

I believe it goes off of monthly sales. I could be wrong, though.

yeah i’m not sure if that’s the case. i’ve seen groups get verified despite not selling any clothing/ugc. really wish roblox would be more transparent about how verification works lol

It’s not just clothing and ugc it’s also off of gamepasses and devproducts.

by that definition, my group should’ve gotten verified. though i don’t see anything about a dev product/gamepass sales requirement on the verified badges faq.

Hey! Do you know if you lose your verified badge from changing a display name, can you regain it again if you still meet the requirements of getting a verified badge for the next waves? So for example, I changed my display name from ninja to ninjawarrrior (which is my username, i did this cause people kept thinking i was the youtuber called ninja). this ofc removed my verified badge. However my game still has over 1 mil hours played in the last 90 days. In this october wave, would i get the badge again? thx.

group just got verified, looks the like the group holder needs to be I.D. verified as well. the only difference between this wave and the others is that the group holder was I.D. verified for this one.
