Step 1: Have a test scene and have LampLight installed. Plugin here:
Step 1a: If lamplight isn’t working for you, try this setting and restart studio:
Step 2: Roblox by default has a lot of ambient light, so we’ll remove all of that to begin with (we can put a bit of it back later)
Step 3: Create a lighting region around the area. Size it to be a fairly loose fit.
Step 4: Create some light probes on a 12-sized grid.
Step 5: Hit the bake button!
Results:
If you want to keep your light bake for use in game, grab the LightRootPart and copy it to your scene!

Not entirely sure if I’m doing it in-correctly, but once I press ‘Bake’ I don’t see any results.

Same issue happening here. Output says the bake is starting but nothing happens.
Seems to be a bug, I don’t know why it works in my local env and not for others. Investigating!

I also had the same issue with it not baking but installing and using the .rbxmx version fixed the issue

I just realised that this doesn’t bake on Published Places (Including the template ones)
So it pretty much only bakes in local places.

Huh? No if you want to keep the bake, just move the contents of the bake folder into your workspace.
