Greetings! Iâve found a slight mistake in your website. Usually, whenever users are told to go to a directory, it should be really easy, and they should just be able to copy the directory link. You have thought of this, which is great! But there is a slight typo/error with it:
%AppData%/Local/Roblox is not a proper directory, as shown in the following image:
Simple fix, just do %LocalAppData%/Roblox instead.
Other then that, this icon pack is amazing and I am probably going to recommend this to friends, this is such a great alternative to the stale and boring icons in studio. Thank you so much for this amazing resource, and I look forward to your future creations!
Download the icons, now open finder. Look for ClassIcons.png then copy it. Once you copy it, go to roblox studio > Contents > Resources > content > textures and then paste the new icon. Then replace the class icons (studio default icons).
Now relaunch studio. It should work.
NOTE: You canât use studio mod manager on mac. You have to do it every updates.
awesome tutorial dude. this helped me out so much . But one thing I found annoying, was anytime studio updated, youâd have to do it all over again. So I made this python script which completes this task(adding the icons) in miliseconds. Itâll auto add the class images file into the textures folder in each version. Which imo is pretty useful. So anytime studio updates, run the python script and itâll add it for you! Hereâs the github
If youâd like to execute this but dont know how to, hereâs a small tutorial
using the python script
First, youâll need to download the file itself. To do so, go to the github page(above) and click on the âcodeâ button
then, a pop up will appear, click âdownload zipâ
Once this is clicked, itâll download the files as a zip. Open up the newly downloaded zip file inside of file explorer. Extract it.
Once you extract it, youâll need to use visual studio code. Follow this tutorial by them.
Once you finish that tutorial, open VS code then select Open Folder
hello! is it normal that my toolbox, asset manager and many more text displayed in roblox studio arenât in the good position? it happened after i installed vanilla through modmanager
Hey, I noticed that installing the icons through mod manager does not do anything, us there any way to solve this? Because I just wasted 10 minutes checking the override box.
Also yeah, and I noticed a new service with a different icon from others (thatâs not just a boring blue square) called âTextChatServiceâ that appears when you go on a test play
I recommend using the Mod Manager over manually installing those icons, just make your Windows NOT think that itâs a malware then maybe youâre fine
The Mod Manager was EXTREMELY sketchy, it started breaking and taking away some features from Studio (some essential buttons started graying out, like Game Settings and Save to Roblox asâŚ), so I got sketched out and uninstalled it.
Hey there! The new icons are good but can you fix some of these vectors? Because with Roblox newest update and new stuff. And I do like to point that some of these vectors that donât seem to have an icon.
Such as:
âPathfinding Linkâ
âTerrain Detailâ
âRigidConstraintâ
âChatWindowConfigurationâ
âChatInputBarCommandâ
âTextChatCommandâ
(Keep in mind that these are likely beta vectors? Due to my beta features being enabled)
