Weird half circle pattern appearing on graphics level 5 and above (I believe this is mobile app specific)

iphone 13
ram 4 gigs
6-core CPU, 4-core GPU, and 16-core Neural Engine
ios 18 but a very similar bug happened on ios 17 (and still happens) which i already reported so i dont think that changes anything
the similar bug i was talking about above:

Glitchy shadowing on inner circular walls
