Messing around with discord and webhooks

Webhooks with HttpService? I didn’t think you could do that.

Discord added a feature last month or so I think to generate a webhook for channels in your server. It basically creates an adress you can make post requests to and depending on the sent data Discord will then create a message in the webhook’s channel using that data. So if you use HttpService to make a post request to a webhook you created you can simply send a message from Roblox to Discord with 2 lines of code.

Here’s the link if anybody wanted to check it out so far. Next step I think is the interior. Thank goodness these concept artists drew so much for something that ended up visible only in one single shot in the entire film.

Working on the visual portion of my JS profiler, as the scripting portion is already finished:

I had to render it in blocks of 10,000 function calls because it got really slow (700ms per frame) when doing all 600000 calls at once.

Still lots to do Hover events Text truncation Panning Live updating Some other stuff that I can't think of right now :P Rulers Average usage graph

percentage graph (possibly a pie chart) of the usage in the current viewport
bar graph chart of average duration per function call

maybe memory profiling too???
