What is the fastest and best Roblox Proxy for getting API's

i tried out the roproxy and google apps as a api but the roproxy is way more faster than the google apps. What is the fastest? Can you help me?

I find hosting the proxy on your own the fastest since you have full control over it, but when people don’t host their own they use roproxy.

So I recommend roproxy if you don’t want to host your own
