Are there any good terrain editing plugins out there?

I’m currently just using the roblox editing tools and the Part-To-Terrain plugin, but I’ve seen other creations out there that seemed like the were using more sophisticated tools… [title]?

Do you have any examples of these creations? As it is quite hard to answer or respond without having a clear picture of what you are looking for.

Jailbreak for example, a more recent one I saw was this:

Ah I see, well I don’t think there is a specific ultimate tool instead tricks.
For example one of my friends does the frame with this plugin:

Then draws over the frame with the studio terrain editing tools.

Another one of my friends generates a small portion of any terrain he wishes and then just modifies it a lot with the usual tools.

I’m not sure if you mean Roblox terrain or low-poly blocky like terrain but I find this plugin to be sometimes helpful when I’m going for a blocky feel…

Here is another one but it is a little confusing…

Also here are some terrain plugins I’m not so sure about…

Now if you choose to go with “Roblox Terrain” here is a page on it that I found helpful when I started tinkering with terrain… http://robloxdev.com/api-reference/class/Terrain

Other wise I’m out of ideas and don’t know what to say well good luck.

The old Roblox terrain mountain tool still does the job when making mountains, Might have to find it in the plugins library.

To my knowledge, there are no smooth terrain plug-ins available that offer the same practicality as the built-in terrain tools in Studio. “Battle Royale Emotes” has likely used the Generate function of the Terrain Editor.

If you want a more part-based approach to terrain, I would personally recommend Wedged Terrain. While smooth terrain is perfect for an organic look, I find Wedged Terrain is great for more cartoony builds, granted it takes some time to get the hang of.

I don’t really know any smooth terrain ones, but I have this really cool triangle terrain plugin that I’ve been using for a while:

there’s also a little demo of it here:
