Pretty lackluster for a job posting. Is there benefits? Is the pay cycle weekly, bi-weekly? Is there an overtime differential? What are the shifts like? Do you offer paid time off? Is there potential to move up?

I disagree, I think this post is fit for purpose - we had 100+ applications on our last Player Support Representative post and hired a great candidate who has now been promoted to team lead.

Most job postings don’t specify a pay cycle, but we pay monthly. There’s no overtime, the work hours are specified in the post. Shift pattern is flexible, as specified in the post - we will work with the right candidate to figure out a good pattern that ensures everything is covered. We don’t have a formal holiday policy at the moment, but this is something we’d be able to talk about more should be interview you - we strongly believe in people taking time off from work . As specified in the post, there is potential to lead and to move up. We don’t have formal benefits at the moment as we are still setting up certain things, but starting next year we will offer a good benefits package to full time employees.

If the job doesn’t interest you, I suggest you don’t apply. So far we’ve hired an incredible team of really talented, awesome people and I think we offer them good positions with good compensation.

Do you guys offer payment in Robux or does it have to be USD?

Its a real job so its not legal to provide a robux payment.

Compensation for this role will be in USD, not robux
