This topic has been made to inform members of our expectations within the presence of Frizzed Cafe. We aim to ensure that members of the community understand how to act towards another member, whether it be a guest or a member of staff.
ROLES & INFORMATION
Premium Customer
These are valuable members of the Frizzed Community. They will order & ask questions for future experience within employment at Frizzed, potentially apply for a role too. They are the base of the Hierarchy at Frizzed.
VRExperience
This role is obtained by a Request to one of our Executive Officers here at Frizzed, they are required to have been witnessed playing on Frizzed Cafe in VR.
Distinguished Customer
These users are retired or significant within the Frizzed Community, only executives can decide who obtains this role.
Trial Barista
This role is applied for via the Trial Barista Application Centre, this role is able to serve at the counters & attend training sessions for promotion.
Junior - Team Leader
These roles require you to train upwards via attending training sessions or earning a promotion by working hard or points at the cafe.
Intern
Obtained by applications on our Discord Server. Responsible for gaining experience & learning the ways of Frizzed through the help of other Employees.
This role may spectate interview / training sessions.
Junior Supervisor - Floor Leader
From supervision to management to instructions, each of these roles is responsible for anyone struggling, trollers & exploit reporting. They are to take care of customers who have questions & issues at Frizzed. May participate in interview / training sessions.
Shift Coordinator - Associate Director
From Coordination & Hosting Shifts to Leadership in PR, HR & CA, each of these roles signify an important aspect of the user experience at Frizzed. As well as directing management roles for further information.
Business Partner
This role is given to seniors or partners from affiliated groups, you can find our affiliated group section here.
Development Contributor
Corporate Assistant - Chief Administrative Officer
These roles are in charge of management & leadership roles, they must ensure nothing goes wrong at shifts & our server etc.
** These roles may host & participate in interview / training sessions.**
Roblox Employee
We genuinely appreciate Roblox for being what it is today, this rank is reserved for any of the Roblox Employees out there who join the Frizzed group. *If you’re a Roblox Employee & would like to obtain the rank, feel free to throw me a message anywhere, I’d be more than happy to get back to you anytime.

IN-GAME RULES

When in-game, you are expected to comply with the Roblox Community Guidelines & our basic rules. Not complying will result in termination from Frizzed Cafe.

LRs are not required to have advanced grammatical skills, we understand some may be unable to cope. However, MR - HR roles require to have good/exceptional grammatical skills when in the game & in the role. Both roles are not required to use grammar all the time though.
