As much as roblox profits due to the tax rates and every purchase on roblox in general- even when devexing that gap won’t make much of a difference when going half on the accepted amount to devex

In all honesty I think you’re quite crazy for making a broad assumption like that but that’s besides the point. Roblox reducing the DevEx request time by hiring new employees or even paying them more would benefit them. You may be asking how, but think about it. If the DevEx request time goes down the amount of people wanting to DevEx and earn more Robux will go up. In the long term this would greatly help Roblox’s profit.

Premium has enough benefits, ingame perks, lowered premium prices, etc.

Think of it this way. It is open to so many more people, so it will take more time for people to get their requests completed.

Premium is primarily a player subscription, not a developer-based one. Premium payouts, premium benefits, extra Robux, etc.
Players like this and it benefits developers, so it makes sense that any developer perks are being removed.

i really like this change!
this will help me out quite a lot, as i am a small game developer on roblox
waiting longer shouldn’t be that big of a problem but yeah.
hopefully the minimum requirements lower more and more overtime too :3

And due to the increase in requests there will be more requests in the queue that need to be processed…
My request has been pending for almost 3 weeks, and I can’t imagine that wait time going down with almost double the requests.

My question tho is, how much will it now take for developers to devex and get their money? since it takes around 3 weeks now, im guessing it will take easily over a month now.

Removing premium was an amazing idea. Reducing the minimum amount required, not at all. We will receive longer and more declined requests since the analysis won’t be at such high quality due to many requests…

How do you know that? If request times go up any further, the once-a-month exchange restriction will be practically useless.

LET’S GOOOOOOOOO! Finally something good to come from the terrible stream of devex related stuff. This is awesome. Exchange rate is still terrible though. Absolutely abysmal compared to other platforms that do the same thing.
