Administration | Hyra
We are fully administered on Hyra. Here are some of the things you are provided and offered to do on our Hyra workspace.
- Promote/Demote members
- Request time off by giving us any information we will need to know
- See your activity in the game throughout the week and see how you can improve your activity each week
- Send private messages that can be saved and recorded on Hyra to other Management members
- See the audit log for any rank changes
- Get important messages from HR’s about future events, changes, and implementations

No changes of ranks will be made via Roblox; it will all happen on Hyra. We strongly advise that you look at your messages in Hyra each day to see if you have any tasks from the HR team and future events you may need to get ready for.
Shout & Announcement Policies
Shout & Announcement Policies
Training - A member of Management is hosting a training.
Communications Shout:
This must be announced via communications 15 minutes before. Always announce a training session always 15 minutes in advance on the communications in #sessions located in the Staff Channel. Ping @Trainee
Group Shout:
Announce a conclusion of the training session followed by when the next session will begin when the session is over.
Make sure you have the Trainer join before the Trainees (15-20 minutes early)
Review the Training Procedure and prep yourself.
EXAMPLE “Training | A Training is happening currently for Trainee+, stop by to train to become a Barista! Locking the server in 15 Minutes.”
Event - A Corporate member is hosting an Event. Depending on the specified event, there are measures that will be taken and discussed over communications. Make sure if you are a member of Management (Staff Assistant+) you take part in this if obligated.
EXAMPLE “Event | A spectacular event is currently being held at the Event Center, please make your way down there before all the seats are taken!”
