When I first launch studio and start typing, drafts pops up and I lose focus (team create)
Happens 100% of the time
Also, on this topic, the drafts window never appears where it was last saved

Hey OP - please see How to post a Bug Report . I’d love to get a little more info so we can take action on this, can you send us a sample place where this problem occurs?
I can’t send a place file because this is a Team Create related issue. Can you not replicate?

Been experiencing this for a while, super annoying, thank you for making a report!
Exact same repro for me, team create (not sure if that matters):
Type in script
Draft window pops up
Draft window popping up steals your cursor focus
You’ll start writing a line of code, only to realize you haven’t been typing at all

This issue is very bothersome. There are several bug reports about this already, and no updates. It’s a minor issue but it needs prioritization for how frequent it is.
Reproduction Steps
Step 1: Have a place open that has drafts enabled
Step 2: Close the drafts window if its already opened
Step 3: Open an existing script
Step 4: Try typing anything in the script
Expected Behavior
I would be able to edit the script without interutption.
Actual Behavior
When i typed in the script, the drafts window pops open, unselecting the script im editing.
Workaround
Have the drafts window enabled at all times
(this is kindof difficult when im working on so…

Enter team create, turn collaborative editing on
Add new script, open the drafts panel and dock it into the same place as another panel e.g. the Explorer
Commit all changes (if any)
Exit and rejoin team create
Open a script and start typing
Expected Behavior
When you start typing the drafts panel should appear somewhere in the UI, if it isn’t visible already.
The drafts panel should not affect the input focus at all - after making the initial script changes that trigge…

After you restart studio and open a project, and go to edit a file - the first character you type causes the draft menu to re-appear and takes focus away from the editor. I also created a bug report for Drafts not even staying in the place you put it in your layout as well.
Expected behavior
Drafts menu “re-appearing” should not take away focus from your editor.
