Can Confirm: This is happening again. When 2+ players connect into a different place it is locking them out.
I’ve gotten significant amounts of reports all day on this as well for Zombie Strike–we’ve dropped a few thousand players and it wouldn’t surprise me if this was a large reason why.
This may be related, but I’ve been having problems on the game Eclipsis. When you are in a match (you are teleported to a new server via TeleportService) the server keeps getting closed with the message Roblox has closed this server for maintenance
. I am unable to connect back to the match (I am promoted the match is still ongoing but can’t join back. It errors) . It’s been happening for the past two days.
Its one of the only games I actually play so I’m curious if it’s an issue anyone else is facing in other games.
I’m getting reports that this seems to happen specifically when grouping with multiple players. I do not use and party functions, just TeleportToPrivateServer. I use standard Teleport for going back from missions to the place. I hear both of these are getting this warning.
I’ve received a large number of reports in Royale High in the last 12 hours specifically. What’s weird is that it works consistently when I try to teleport to one particular player, whilst for other players it seems to break.

Out of curiosity, are any of the other games who are experiencing this using the Player:GetOnlineFriends() method to get the place and job id information that you’re using to teleport the player to?
Im just using teleporttoprivateserver
I’m not a developer of the game, but I assume they have a datastore of all the running matches so you can teleport back, then just use teleporttoprivateserver
to teleport you there.
No idea my game does not use this . It was occuring in zombie strike and dungeon quest for me.

No idea I would ask @vCaffy as he is the owner of dungeon quest. You already got an answer from the person who made zombie strike
We do not use :GetOnlineFriends() in Zombie Strike.
Do anyone know if this problem got resolved already? I tried teleporting a few times and it did work so I can’t really tell, I did get prints in the server log history that indicate some teleports didnt complete since the kick function i made for people who lag too much and dont get tped fired a few times.
Please keep posts relevant to the issue of the teleport failures.

Yes, it still does happen often.

Hey there! Sorry for the late reply. Anyways, I haven’t experienced the teleporting issue for a while now, so for now its good.
But just incase, I sadly do not have a screenshot so I’m sorry if this is no help, when the teleport used to fail, a box showed up saying something like: Http Error (Games ID) cannot teleport player to place. Something like that.
Hi! This is happening in my game. After the error, repeated attempts to teleport to the same server instance continues to return the same error.
Please could you share the source and destination place ids that you are teleporting from/to ?
