Keyframes Not Working on Rig

Hello everyone.

I have been working on a project of mine that involves a complex custom character rig. It has taken me hours to fully rig it and build it. I thought it was finally ready for a test animation, but apparently not.

The animation editor doesn’t detect any parts other than the head and torso, thus I can’t create keyframes for the parts I need to move. I can move them in the editor and the joints and welds do what they are supposed to like move the other parts connected that are lower on the hierarchy, but it just won’t create keyframes.

I have tried clicking add all and moving the parts, but it only creates keyframes for the head and torso. I can show the images of the file explorer and the joints and welds if you need it.

After I rotated the shoulder. As you can see, no keyframes were made.
