No email received from asset being falsely taken down

I usually receive false DMCA claims very often, but today this is a new case. The private asset was taken down automatically by AI, and I did not receive any sort of email, to know the bad actors who were behind this. I can’t even do a counter claim.

Expected behavior

I should receive an email to know who the bad actor was that sent this false DMCA claim, so I can counter it.

email example:

And things like these should never be automated, as horrible things have happened in the past seen in DevForum posts below:

A bad actor also took down one of my top items on an alternate account while abusing DMCA methods. Roblox staff are aware of this situation but they continue to let it happen.

Was told @apoorcarpenter (Former PM of Rights Manager) no longer works at Roblox, which is quite unfortunate as he used to always help with concerns like these. It feels like ever since he left all the recent DMCA claims have been reviewed by AI and the new team aren’t really aware with what they’re doing. Hope I’m wrong though.

I’m in the same boat.. and from the same user.

Made around ~300k last week from UGC emotes post-MPF, and now some of my creations have been taken down. Fraudulent groups had also reuploaded content from my friends and me. :skull: And those copies are still up…

Not sure how I can proceed, but I’ve already sent a support message with proof of creating my assets. Not sure if this is any use…?

I’m losing trust in the system lol.. what are the next steps I should take? This was my first time publishing UGC, and it ended up with some DMCA trolling on my uploads

Was sending a support message all I can do for now?
