Roblox games load for about 3 seconds then instantly crash

Upload it to a file sharing platform like Google Drive and:

  • Make sure that only people with the link can view and access the file
  • Do not directly upload or link your memory dump publicly

I switched my hard drive and did a clean install of Windows 10 Home (Version 22H2) to see if the same blue screen behavior would happen and it did. The blue screen error is “KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED” and I’ve searched on the web how to solve it but none of the solutions worked. This error happens every 5-15 minutes with Windows 10 LTSB 2016 (1607), LTSC 2021 (21H2) and Home (22H2)

From what I’ve seen, it’s a driver issue. Have you installed any drivers or AMD software for your hardware?

Yes, I have done it already. However, when I did the next reboot, it blue screens and boot loops every few minutes, I’ve also checked Windows update for any driver update but Windows update drivers also have the same issue.

@bitdancer i hope you could make a document or something cause i saw many people that had this problem and they did not have any malicious stuff in the background.

Many of them dont have access to the devforum, so i would hope you would make one.

Also, one of them had this error “Unapproved third party applications or extensions deteected. Please uninstall this third party software and re-run roblox”

thats how you can tell that its not a driver issue (i believe atleast haha)

@Bitdancer I’m confused why is Roblox won’t work on my PC even though I’m on a supported and fully up to date Windows 10 LTSB 2015 (1507) and your website shows that Roblox is compatible with windows 7/8.1/10. Also Windows 7 and 8.1 is out of support but Windows 10 LTSB 2015 still has extended support remaining.

Is there any version or update with the Roblox client that is compatible with my PC because I’m confused about the system requirements.

Unfortunately, we do not support the very early Windows 10 builds. Please upgrade to at least LTSB 1607.

I’ve already tried upgrading to LTSB 2016 (1607) and newer versions of windows 10 but I keep getting a blue screen error every 5-15 minutes, you can see my other posts of what I tried earlier.

I’m terribly sorry, but there is really nothing we can do if your machine can’t be upgraded to a newer version.

There is nothing that your team can do about it? Like adding support for LTSB 2015 only and install a specific security patch like Windows 7 because I’m trying to avoid downgrading to windows 7 because it’s out of support.

Unfortunately, we can’t add support for LTSB 2015 as this would open a can of worms for us.

I also have this bug. Sometimes the game will load and crash after few seconds, the other time it will just straight crash when joining.

I can confirm this issue. One of my computers is getting the same error
