When trading with other users, there are instances where completed trades do not properly exchange items between both parties, causing one user to lose their items. This has resulted in users to lose millions in limited items.
Example:
User 1 sends a trade request to User 2, offering The Classic ROBLOX Fedora and The Dog Whisperer in exchange for Brighteyes’ Bloxy Cola Hat. User 2 accepts the trade; however, User 1 does not receive Brighteyes’ Bloxy Cola Hat, while User 2 successfully receives The Classic ROBLOX Fedora and The Dog Whisperer, as well as retaining Brighteyes’ Bloxy Cola Hat.
As a result, User 1 loses their items without receiving anything in return.
I believe this issue stems from Roblox’s trade processing system. I have attached a possible method to replicate this bug in the private message as well as a list of users that this issue has occurred to.
Expected behavior
When a trade is completed, both users should correctly receive the items agreed upon in the trade. The trade processing system should ensure that no items are lost, and both parties should receive only the items they accepted. If an issue occurs during processing, the trade should either fail entirely or be automatically corrected to prevent item loss.
I’ve noticed this issue as well, known as “UUC”, affecting a lot of traders over the past day. While it was a problem in the past, it had been fixed for a while, so it’s disappointing to see it come up again.

UUC has been an issue for years now, but there has suddenly been a massive increase the past few weeks. Nobody really knows why but it’s happening atleast hourly now. I hope this is fixed once and for all.
This happened to my friend who lost a Valkyrie Helm due to UUC this week as well as someone else who contacted me begging for help with support who lost 150K because they’re notoriously difficult to get help from, since I had the same thing happen with my Red Grind.
