Text on the "Create a Badge" page is misleading

1. Go to the badge creation page for your experience, click “Create A Badge”
2. Look at the hint near the bottom:
   
   
3. Observe it is misleading, it suggests that only your first five badge creations EVER are free (“Note the first 5 badge creations are free. You can pay 100 Robux for any additional badge.”)

Expected behavior

As the free badge announcement states, “each experience can enjoy” and “The first five badges in a 24-hour period (GMT) cost 0 Robux (FREE!)”

The hint should state that this quota refreshes every 24 hours and that it applies per each experience. I’ve seen developers think that this quota is for all badge uploads ever or for all of their experiences in 1 day.
