Seems to be happening to me as well, Iâve lost my icons after a few updates of Studio and even with opening Mod Manager, it still hasnât updated back to the vanilla ones
Would it be possible for you to create a tutorial on how to add this to studio? I, and probably a lot of other developers, donât know how to install it.
Thatâs not needed. @Elttob provides a simple to read and learn tutorial.
Kinda wanna make a fork of Vanilla eventually with my icons but canât really do that since I donât really want to make my icons free
Where does he provide this, do you know?
When you download it, it has a full set of instructions on what to do. Itâll show this menu when you download.
This. Is Beauty.
Unfortunately, I am a mac user and installing this was a bit tricky so if your a mac user looking to use these sweet icons here is a quick guide for that
Guide Here
- Go to your Finder, and search for âRoblox Studioâ and scroll to the bottom to find studio.
- Right click studio and hit
Show Package Contents
- Double click the
Contents
folder
4.Double clickResources
5 Double Clickcontent
- Double click
textures
- UnPack your downloaded
.zip
file in a new Finder window by right-clicking finder and hittingNew Finder Window
- Drag the
ClassImage.png
into thetextures
folder, then a popup will ask âThis file already exists, blah blahâ, when that comes up hitReplace
- Relaunch studio and enjoy these really cool icons
Yup, same problem but found a work around by doing the manual install
Quick Guide: Vanilla 3 - The pragmatic icon set for Roblox Studio - #208 by acuaro
Wow! Iâm speechless. Thank you for contributing. This is honestly amazing, and the setup was quick and easy to do. Finally a new fresh look on my studio!
Yeah, but manual install i dont like. Everytime studio updates I gotta do it, so I stopped after 2 or 3 times.
oof well there is no roblox studio mod manager for mac, so I guess we just gotta wait
probably never gonna be lol
;c
If that doesnât work you shall put the ClassImages file here:
C:\Users\NAME\AppData\Local\Roblox\Versions\version-LATEST VERSION
Note that the path will be different if you install Roblox for all users, not just yourself.
Absolutely AMAZING Icons but when I use the mod manager to put in the icons, every time studio updates, the icons donât show. Is that supposed to happen?
Looks soo good! I love how the icons look. This is really going to change how I view Roblox now. Would be cool if Roblox let us customize more.
I do, as of why I said if that doesnât work.
In that case, your reply was kinda pointless, since takticiadam said it was on program files, not the usual installation path.
How do you put it in studio- ??
You see we need a tutorial half of us using your project Do not even know how to download it.
It literally mentions in the original post where to see the installation instructions to download and install the icon set.
