I’m currently working on the 1.1 update for my game, Cursed Lands, working on a bunch of content, adjustments, etc. planning on advertising it when 1.1 releases.
I have a horror game planned and I am deciding on revisiting some old, outdated projects I completed, but closed, as well as updating my other, simpler game, Bread Simulator.
I have a lot of work to do but I am excited, this is going to be my 3rd year as a developer, and I’m excited to see what I can accomplish and learn this year.
Well, my “first” WAYWOC post of this year isn’t really anything good, but whatever; Tonight, I tried to start recreating the stylized trees that I used in my non-Roblox (GZDoom) game, which used a combination of meshes (tree trunk and branches) and billboarded sprites (leaves).
I imported the meshes that were used in that game, but I just…can’t get them to line up; It probably requires some kind of advanced math knowledge, CFrame trickery, or pivot points, which I have no clue how to reference in code.
