Terms
This agreement is between, the Artist (ItzOnlyKairo) and the Client.
Everything made by the Artist is fully under the ownership of the Artist until the agreed sum of payment has been delivered.
The Artist always has the right to decline a commission request.
The Client has to pay 50% of the agreed sum of money before the Artist starts working on the commission. The other half will be paid after the work is finished, the file of the model will be sent after the Artist has checked that the payment has arrived.
The Artist has the right to increase the amount of payment if the difficulty of the job is higher than expected or if the job took more time than planned.

I really recommend to commission ItzOnlyKairo if you’re in need of the type of models he specializes in, he gives you great insight into what he is doing and when he is doing it and the final piece is great. I commissioned him and was really happy with the outcome.
Kairo is a great modeler! He does beyond-the-box work, taking as much time as he can to make sure everything is perfect. You can count on him for a great job and don’t have to worry.
I’m actually quite interested in having a model. How much do you estimate it would cost to build Brawl Star character Shelly? Or any of them. Could I also pay extra for you to animate it?

I will try to get it to the clients liking as much as I can, an important part is that I send the progress of the model so you can give me feedback on what you like and what you dislike. Changes will be done after the given feedback on every progress milestone. If the client truthfully tells me what they dislike then a bad end product will not occur. I hope I could help you.
