I use Clip Studio Paint or sometimes Procreate on my IPad and Adobe Illustrator for my UIs and vector art!

This post will summarise what I will say in the next few sentences
It is important to realise that it wastes a lot of my time when I get friend requests and the first message they send is “Hi” and the conversation ends there. I myself am a student and I could be doing a lot better things than typing a short greeting in the DM.
Therefore, to minimise wastage of my time, I would require you to provide me with some information on who you are and what you want. This is what I will require:

Introduce yourself – This can be just a short sentence, ie. "Hey there! I am XXXXX, I saw your post on the devforum…

What you are hiring me for – Again, doesn’t need to be an essay, it can be just “… and I would like to hire you for some UI work”

What is the background of your project – This is VERY important, however, it is only needed if it is for a game. Else, this is not necessary for personal art such as profile pictures. You must include a brief description of the task and payment(if you are 100% sure on it).

What is your game about? What art style? etc – This is probably the most important part of your introduction, you can give a brief introduction of your game, such as the gameplay. You must also provide me with reference images for the style you are looking for(ie, modern, sci-fi, etc). The more the better as I will have a better idea of what you want and I will be able to get your job done faster. If you need me for an art revamp, you are to send screenshots of the existing art you want me to replace.

Time-zone – I know for a fact time is crucial for both parties, and none of us would want to wait hours on the end for a reply like “alright”. Therefore, I will require you to inform me about your timezone and what is the specific timeframe that you will be unavailable. vice versa, I will also share my timezone and my schedule.
And based on everything, I will decide whether I will accept the job. This is highly dependent on my workload, the time I have and whether I am capable of doing what you need.
If I turn down the offer, please do not force me into the project, nor harrass me.

I reserve the right to raise prices when – Your design/artwork is more complicated than the others; Or when demand gets high

You are paying for my efforts put into the work and the final product, therefore, I will not do refunds unless I do not have enough time to complete your commission

You must pay the first half, before I start doing your work and the rest when I finish. I will only hand over the work when you have paid the final half.

If I have completed the artwork/design as commissioned, the final half payment will be due on the same day. Each day you were overdue will result in a $5/1400 Robux fine imposed.

Each small to medium revision is free for first 3 times. I will not entertain large revisions

Please do not lowball, I rely on commissions to pay for most of my expenses(ie. programs, daily necessities, monthly subscriptions)

I specialise in Cartoon-like UI style. Therefore, I may turn down any offers that require realistic-like UI

Unfortunately, and hopefully, it will not happen, if in any case, the commission is too stressful(due to the fact I am a student), I will have to back out of the project. However, I will send you the source files and the PNGs of the already completed ones. Examples of a case would be: I have exams coming up and the project is too time-consuming.

I will be mostly unavailable on Mondays and Wednesdays, the rest of the weekdays will have a small timeframe of 1-4 hours.
During weekends, I will normally have around 3-5 hours. I will have around 5-8 hours during my holidays
