a. Low Ranks
1. Recruit
- Join the group, wear the TRA Recruit uniform found in the group store.
2. Private
- Do well in a training, raid, or defense - the trainer hosting at the time will decide whether you did well enough. This does not mean you did well without being noticed.
3. Private First Class
- Perform well enough in another training, defense, or raid based on the opinion of the Captain or higher.
4. Lance Corporal
- Perform well enough in another training, defense, or raid based on the opinion of the Captain or higher.
5. Corporal
- Perform well enough in another training, defense, or raid based on the opinion of the Captain or higher.
6. Sergeant
- At this stage in the promotion system you have to prove yourself to have an aptitude towards a range of skills from having the ability to be resilient in a fight to being able to work within a team environment. Getting promoted requires you to receive 2 recommendations from any Captain or higher by impressing them at a series of events by showing good listening and attending at least 2 events as corporal.
7. Staff Sergeant
- The highest of the low ranks, becoming this rank requires the individual to earn 3 recommendations from any Captain or higher which can be achieved by showing a further range of skills by showing a further range of skills like communication and teamwork. Staff Sergeants can co-host trainings, but not host.
b. Officers
1. Captain
- By earning 4 recommendations for the role, you must have adequate skills in fighting and a very strong sense of leadership. You must be able to lead high quality raids, defenses, and practices and must represent TRA in a good light. You have to be familiar with hosting events [e.g. practices] and you must be in at least one department or unit.
2. Major
- Chosen by High Ranks, in a HR vote with at least 60% supporting votes, you need skills in obstacles, all forms of combat, and leadership. When the HRs look for Majors, they look for intelligent, well-spoken, dedicated Captains that have the same amount of respect from soldiers as Majors would have. Becoming a part of and retaining an important role in any of TRA’s important departments or divisions bolsters your cause.
c. Others
1. Diplomat
- You have to be a high-ranking member in one of our allies, normal TRA members do not get this rank. This is ultimately an honorary rank.
2. Developer

1. Colonel
- You have to be an undoubtedly-loyal, active and capable member of the group, who has served for a long time.
2. General
