User inventory no longer showing games with purchased access

This is simply a repost of an existing bug report because it wasn’t triaged properly in the first place (it’s been 472 days since a staff response in that thread, and 1947 days since it was first reported

The inventory page is no longer showing paid access games which have been purchased.
roblox(.)com/users/{userID}/inventory#!/places/purchased - (unembedded to show the link properly)

What should be happening: The inventory page for Places > Purchased should be showing every paid access game the user has purchased, regardless of if they are still paid access or not.
What is currently happening instead: Zero games show up at all

An example image. I know for certain I have purchased multiple paid access games, some of which are still in paid access, however there is nothing here.

This bug has been noticed as early as May 25 2019, as shown by this post (Please add a way to view all of the games I've purchased on Roblox) and was presumably previously in the bug reports section.

I can also confirm I can’t see my purchased places

Also just checked and they don’t get displayed at all

With new paid access changes announced at RDC, I’m hoping this gets fixed soon. Not sure how many people would be using Steam if they had to note down every single game they own on a piece of paper.

Can confirm this is also an on-going issue with animations as well.

Also having this issue with animations, I’ve filed a bug report through the support site / form.

Thanks for the report! We’ll investigate and follow up with updates.

Still happening. I pray that you actually ARE going to investigate it this time, unlike when you claimed to be doing so well over a year ago

(funny how there’s no comment on the post being an exact copy paste of the original)

Any updates? It’s rapidly approaching 2 months since your reply (almost a year and a half since your original reply) and I still can’t see the places I’ve purchased access to.
