Boost Your Discovery with the Improved Recommended For You Algorithm and Analytics for Creators

  • We’re launching the global release of an improved Recommended For You algorithm.
  • There’s a new Home Recommendations Creator Analytics tab to give you full visibility into the algorithm and to help you optimize and grow your experiences.

Leveling Up Ads Manager With New Features

  • We’re launching long requested upgrades to Ads Manager, placing developer growth at the center.
  • The upgrade includes more engaging ad creatives and custom thumbnails, simplified campaign creation, smarter performance algorithms and models, and results-focused reporting.
  • You can leverage both the new, simplified experience, or the “classic” experience.

New Feedback Dashboard - See Detailed Feedback from Your Community

  • We’re excited to announce the launch of a new feedback feature which will give you more insight into how your community feels about your experience!
  • The dashboard includes a daily breakdown of positive and negative ratings on your experience as well as a more detailed view below that for reading through individual comments.

New parental controls to personalize kids’ experience on Roblox

  • Launched three new parental controls that give more parents oversight and the ability to personalize their kids’ experience on Roblox:
    • Blocking their child’s friends
    • Blocking specific experiences
    • Viewing screen time of their child’s top experiences

Providing You More Control and Better Performance

  • We’ve made several performance-related improvements to significantly reduce React resource consumption.
  • Developers now have the option to turn off the Self View feature, providing greater control over resource allocation.

Introducing Avatar Shoes!

  • Creators can now create, publish, and sell Shoes on Marketplace.
  • Users will be able to find Shoes made by the creator community in a dedicated category.

Next Gen Explorer now available for everyone!

  • We’re excited to announce that performance upgrades and quality-of-life improvements for the Explorer, currently in beta, are now rolling out to everyone.
  • With the new Explorer, you can build much larger places without worrying about lags, hangs, or crashes, and it will be quicker and easier to manage instances in the explorer. Since our beta release, we’ve been working hard to incorporate your feedback and are excited to release the new explorer more broadly.

Gamepad and VR Emulator Updates

  • We’re excited to share some updates following the release of the Gamepad Emulator beta and VR Emulator beta!
  • We’ve added a set of new features to make it easier than ever to emulate console gamepads and VR controllers, with new and improved controls to help streamline development and testing cycles, along with some more bug fixes.

[UPDATE] New features coming to Avatar Auto-Setup

  • Announced the release of cage mesh editing features to the Studio Tools for Auto-Setup
  • Cage editing comes with the following options:
    • Symmetrical and mirror edits along X-axis
    • Brush with radius and falloff controls
    • Brush falloff visualization over the vertices
    • Ability to hide or display equipped layered clothing items. Layered clothing will update in real-time in the Avatar Setup’s preview window

I’m surprised that you all did not mention the announcement of rewarded video ads through a partnership with Google. Google Ad Manager availability in game is a big deal. Was this intentionally omitted? I haven’t seen any discussions on the devforum regarding it from neither the company nor the community.
