- Winter: The map is wintery! The ground and trees are covered in snow, and the river has frozen up! Also, there’s winter music!
- Present Drops: Presents will periodically drop from the sky, granting rewards to the first person to find and collect it! Occasionally, a present drop party will happen, where a bunch of presents are dropped at the same time!
- Sound Effects: New SFX has been added to some aspects of the game to make it much more lively!
- Store Changes: The models of the spawn shops have been tweaked slightly. Also, fonts for many stores have been changed from the plain old Nunito font.
- Other various changes
Autumn Event Part 2 - 11/10/2024
- New NPC - Rosa: Rosa is a new NPC who can be found in the Waterfall area! She is where Victor used to be. Victor has been moved to Spawn.
- Thanksgiving quests: NPCs around the map are in need of certain items! If you give what they request to them, they will give you rewards in return! Each NPC has a 30 minute cooldown before you can claim another one of their quests.
- Victor requires you to get Pumpkin Pies, Pumpkin Bread, Pumpkin Spice Cookies, or Pumpkin Spice Muffins in return for Cocoa Powder
- Rosa requires you to get Dough, Vanilla, Milk, or Pumpkin in return for Stars
- Sam requires you to get Tier II Orange Dropper Skins, Black Dropper Skins, Hite Plop Gigas, KubeX Version 1s, or KubeX Version 2s in return for Gold Stars and Moon Shards
- Icy requires you to get Pumpkin Spice Lattes… a lot of them… in return for an Insta-Choco Converter, a Tier III Orange Dropper Skin, and Gold Stars
- Memory Game: Memorize the sequence that gets longer every time!
- I’ll make rewards for point milestones eventually… probably
- New IAmPinleon quest objectives
- Each quest now requires you to complete one Thanksgiving quest (from any NPC)
- The randomized objective can be to play the Memory Game (as long as you’re level 10+)
Halloween Event 2024 - 10/14/2024
Welcome to the land of eternal night! With Halloween on its way, IAmPinleon has decided to give quests to those daring to complete them. Can you complete his spooky tasks and earn yourself some sweet rewards?
- Halloween Map: The game is always in night, meaning that crystalization chances are always up! Along with dense fog, a halloween soundtrack made by @camoron_thefoot creates a spooky atmosphere!
- Pumpkin Spice - the currency of the event
- Event materials and pumpkin spice flavored goodies
- Event shop
- Crafting recipes for pumpkin spice flavored goodies
- Trick or treating at houses for event materials
- Beware, for sometimes you can get nothing!
- Collecting pumpkin spice chocoblox: Place a Tier I, II, or III Orange Dropper Skin on a dropper to give it the chance to drop pumpkin spice chocoblox! When sold, pumpkin spice chocoblox grants you Pumpkin Spice.
- IAmPinleon’s quests: When first talking to IAmPinleon, he will give you a quest, requiring you to find 10 hidden pumpkins in the spawn area. After completing that quest, you are given a Pumpkin Charm Tier I. After his first quest, he will give out randomized quests, and every 5 you complete will upgrade your charm tier.
- Each randomized quest requires you to find hidden pumpkins around the map, collect a certain amount of pumpkin spice chocoblox, and do a third random task. Every 5th quest has a fourth random task to complete.
- Miscellaneous changes and improvements
Update 41 - v1.4 - 9/29/2024
- New map: The map of Chocoblox Factory Tycoon has been reimagined in order to reduce travel time between areas. In order to accomplish this, instead of the actual tycoons being located at spawn, there will be small factory models with a door that will teleport you to your tycoon.
- Tycoon skins: While added during the Summer Event, there was no functionality for them, but now they do! Tycoon skins modify your entire tycoon, meaning all of your droppers are affected, not just a single one!
- To place a tycoon skin on your tycoon, go inside your tycoon, find the new “Tycoon Skin” section on the wall, click the Add Tycoon Skin button, and select the tycoon skin of your choice! To remove the skin, simply click the button again.
- Tycoon skins currently only change the color of the small factory models that teleport you to your tycoon. They do not change the inside of the tycoon, but I plan on changing this in the future.
- Prestige shop changes
- A new item has been added to the prestige shop, the Gold Wave Tycoon Skin, which makes your entire tycoon have 3x chocoblox rarity luck.
- The cap for the speed and XP prestige perks have been lowered to make room for the tycoon skin.
- Live event replay: If you missed the Summer Event 2024 Live Event, don’t worry! There is a live event replay available for a week (and possibly longer). You can still earn the exclusive badge and tycoon skin!
Summer Event 2024 - 7/14/2024
- Event Shop
- Crafting
- Currencies
- Golden Fire, Snowflakes, and Flaming Snowflakes are the currencies of the event. They show up as items in your inventory, however.
- Flaming Snowflakes are rarer than the others
- These currencies are used mainly to buy items from the Event Shop
- Storms
- Lightning storms: These happen at the 12-minute or 36-minute mark during each hour. A bunch of clouds will come out of a portal and there will be lightning strikes throughout the main area.
- Snowstorms: These happen at the 24-minute or 48-minute mark during each hour.
- Lightning and Snow storms (or “snightning storms”): These happen every hour (so 1:00, 3:00, etc.). Clouds come out of the two storm portals, and the two storms happen simultaneously.
- Sometimes a single cloud will spawn out of the portals and drop a few tokens
- Subtypes of Chocoblox
- Moltenized and Snowified chocoblox are new subtypes of chocoblox. These behave much like crystalized chocoblox, where if you sell it, you get more than just cash. In this case, moltenized chocoblox gives you Golden Fire, and snowified chocoblox gives you Snowflakes.
- The default chance for them to be dropped is 0%, but dropper skins can unlock those chances.
- Holiday Event 2022 Stations
- Presents can be given to NPCs for rewards. Different presents give different rewards, so make sure to give a present that the NPC will like for the best reward.
- Challenges and Summoners
- Cocoa Collecting Challenge: This makes a bunch of cocoa trees spawn and you have to collect as much cocoa as you can before time runs out. Rewards you with cocoa powder based on how much cocoa you collected
- Volcano Eruption Summoner: This causes a volcanic eruption to happen. Molten cocoa strikes parts of the main area, spawning tokens upon impact.
- Snightning Storm Summoner: Summons a snightning storm
- Quests
- Victor is back! He has 5 quests to give you. His 5th quest lets you use the volcano summoner.
- Icy is back! He also has 5 quests to give you. His 5th quest lets you do the cocoa challenge.
- IAmPinleon is the main questgiver of this event with 10 quests to give you. His 5th quest lets you use the snightning storm summoner. His 10th quest rewards you with a (currently non-functional) tycoon skin.
- Event Rewards
- By doing things related to the event, such as collecting tokens or giving presents, you earn Time Power. Once you amass enough Time Power, you can earn rewards.
Update 40 - v1.3 - 6/29/2024
- New boosts system
- Boosts now show up as icons below the roblox topbar, hovering over them lists out the perks it gives and how much time is left
- Anything that gives you a perk is now a boost: gamepasses, prestige perks, upgrades, etc. Gamepasses won’t be visible to you
- Boosts deplete even while offline
- Boosts can stack
- Old boost items have been replaced with new items that still give similar boosts when used
- New perks: Chocoblox luck (more likely to get rarer chocoblox types) and crystalization luck
- Prestige revamp
- There is now a max prestige of 100
- All prestige perks now have a cap; maxing out all prestige perks should give you a total of 500 prestige tokens spent
- Mega crates have been removed from the prestige shop, but a chocoblox luck and crystalization luck perk have been added
- Prestige requirements have been made harder
- Silver and gold dropper skins are now permanent, untradable, and have a max amount. Currently the only way to get them is from the prestige shop
