Roblox Application and Website Bugs The Roblox App and Website Bugs category serves as the repository for bugs that may happen while using either the Roblox app (i.e. desktop, mobile, Xbox, or PlayStation) or the website (www.roblox.com). This can include shopping for avatar items, browsing experiences, or managing your profile. Catalog Asset Bugs This category is for reporting issues with UGC Avatar items and Roblox-created catalog assets on the Marketplace. For example, an avatar bundle with hitbox problems, missing body mesh parts, or rendering issues related to layered clothing. Purchasing Bugs The Purchasing Bugs category serves as a repository for bugs related to buying products such as: Roblox Premium, Private Servers, and Developer Products like Game Passes or in-experience currency. Other Developer Product issues not directly related to purchasing should be filed under the Cloud Services category. Studio Bugs This category is for known bugs with Roblox Studio. When posting, please be as specific as you can and provide enough detail to reproduce the bug. Creator Hub (create.roblox.com) Bugs This category serves as the repository for known bugs on Creator Hub. Other Bugs The Other Bugs category is a catchall for all issues that cannot be categorized by the other categories. Cloud Services Bugs The Engine Bugs category serves as a repository for bugs related to Cloud services that are responsible for managing content like Open Cloud, data stores, and game passes.
