Catalog Asset Bugs This category is for reporting issues with UGC Avatar items and Roblox-created catalog assets on the Marketplace. For example, an avatar bundle with hitbox problems, missing body mesh parts, or rendering issues related to layered clothing. Roblox Application and Website Bugs The Roblox App and Website Bugs category serves as the repository for bugs that may happen while using either the Roblox app (i.e. desktop, mobile, Xbox, or PlayStation) or the website (www.roblox.com). This can include shopping for avatar items, browsing experiences, or managing your profile. Engine Bugs The Engine Bugs category serves as a repository for bugs within the engine. When posting or replying, please be as specific as you can and provide enough detail to reproduce the bug. Purchasing Bugs The Purchasing Bugs category serves as a repository for bugs related to buying products such as: Roblox Premium, Private Servers, and Developer Products like Game Passes or in-experience currency. Other Developer Product issues not directly related to purchasing should be filed under the Cloud Services category.
