‘ok’ - IceKing, 2021

Before this update, recoil was all on the gun model. It didn’t look that realistic, to say the least. Now, it should be better, although still subject to thorough testing and feedback.

The camera recoil/new recoil system works by using a table of coordinates and values to essentially project the next shot. It’s hard to understand but it just uses a recoil pattern. Along with this I added ADS’ing for some guns (guns that have scopes) and finished the bolting mechanism on snipers.

Other new features include:

• Bug fixes (if you find any bugs, be sure to post them down below or in my server - code is kU6Cqmjxxh)

• Nerfs and buffs (specifically, nerfed the AK47 and GLOCK18 by adding more recoil, buffed the AUG A2 by reducing recoil and adding damage)

Things I’m planning to add

More weapon classes and guns.

Maps - you can contribute to the game by sending a map you’ve made to me through Discord at IceKing1x#6969. You can provide full credits on the map and I will do that as well in the GUI. Currently I can’t pay map-makers, sorry!

Feedback in the replies would be appreciated. I’d also like your ideas on the CSGO style gameplay. I think it’s a good idea since there aren’t many FPS games with this style of mechanic (apart from CBRO).
